We do not have a physical store, we operate online only and offer two methods to dispatch your order:

  • Free self pick-up in Lohas Park (MTR or The Lohas Mall) Please contact us on WhatsApp (63451269) to arrange a suitable time.
  • Standard tracked delivery within Hong Kong via SF Express

PRE-ORDER ITEMS - All PRE-ORDER items have release dates stated in the title of the listing. These items will only be dispatched AFTER the item has been released and received by us. Pre-order release dates are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee release dates set by publishers. If you purchase multiple pre-order items your order will not be dispatched until after the last item is in stock. Pre-order items will dispatch within 2 business days of us receiving them if your entire order is ready to fill.

IN-STOCK ITEMS - All in-stock items will be dispatched within 2 business days of the order being placed in most cases. If your order contains both PRE-ORDER and IN-STOCK items, your order will not ship until after the last item is in stock.

Product prices on this website are exclusive of shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges. delivery charges are calculated by size and weight of the item/s being delivered. Marti Comics will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Shipping Policy as detailed on this website.

Marti Comics reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address or a PO Box. In this event, Marti Comics will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

Marti Comics will not be liable to the Customer in the event that Marti Comics is prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.

All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.

Please note that our initial delivery charges cover the first delivery attempt only, to the address provided to us at checkout. Any additional charges payable for the redelivery or redirection of a package requested by the customer, are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that we are given the correct delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if the address you provided is incorrect.

Claims for damage to any items contained in your order must be made within 48 hours of receipt of items, and must be made in writing, by email to martiscomics@gmail.com. For more details, please review our Refund Policy: https://marticomics.com/policies/refund-policy

The delivery charges shown at checkout are a best estimate. Most of the time these are correct, but we reserve the right to update these when the final cost of delivery has been calculated. We will email you first, if the postage payable is greater than what's been paid at checkout.
